Comp License: You may use demo clip video content for testing or sample purposes for up to 30 days post-download, but final or public use requires a purchase of a standard license.
Restricted Uses:- No Illegal Use: Content cannot be used in a way that promotes violence, hatred, or is unlawful.
- No Alteration of Editorial Integrity: Editorial content must not be altered beyond technical editing to maintain its integrity.
- No Standalone Distribution: Content should not be redistributed as standalone files.
- Sensitive Use Requires Disclaimer: For content portraying sensitive or controversial subjects, a disclaimer must clarify its illustrative use and model portrayal.
- No False Authorship: You cannot claim to be the original creator of works primarily composed of licensed content.
Additional Restrictions Without Further License:- No Commercial Use of Editorial: Editorial content is not for commercial or promotional purposes unless specified otherwise.
- No On-Demand Products: Content cannot be used for products where images are chosen by consumers for customization.

Who Can Use the Licensed Content:- The rights granted are non-transferable and non-sublicensable with exceptions for:
- Your Employer or Client: If you're purchasing on behalf of another, they can use the content under your representation of authority.
- Subcontractors: For production or distribution directly related to your project.
Account Management:You must secure your account, report any unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Drone Discoveries may monitor usage to ensure compliance with these terms.
Intellectual Property Rights:- Ownership: Drone Discoveries or its suppliers own all licensed content.
- Attribution: For editorial use, credit must be given; for commercial use, it’s optional.
Fees and Subscription Renewal:Automatic renewals require payment at current rates unless canceled according to the agreement.
Termination or Withdrawal:Drone Discoveries can terminate this agreement if terms are breached, requiring immediate cessation of content use. Content can be withdrawn at any time.
Warranties:Drone Discoveries warrants non-infringement for content used as delivered, but not for modifications you make or for editorial content without releases. No other warranties are implied.
Indemnification and Liability:You indemnify Drone Discoveries against breaches outside these terms. Drone Discoveries indemnifies you against certain claims if you use the content within the agreement's scope. Liability is limited, excluding indirect damages.
General Provisions:This includes assignment rights, audit rights, electronic storage rules, governing law (New York), arbitration clauses, and more. The agreement is subject to revision only in writing and is governed by New York law with arbitration for disputes.
